Ingredients
3-4 ice cubes, handful mint leaves, 4-5 lemon wedges, One tbsp lemon juice, one and a half tbsp sugar syrup, half cup mango puree, soda to top.
Muddle the base
Take a big glass and add lemon wedges, mint leaves, and simple syrup. Gently muddle using a muddler or the backside of a spoon to release flavours.
Add ice and lemon juice
Add the ice cubes to the glass and top it with a squeeze of lemon juice to muddle the ingredients.
Mix in mango puree
After that, add the mango puree. Stir it well so the flavours meld together. To avoid lumps.
Top with soda
Slowly pour in the soda water until the glass is full. It gives a gentle stir to create the fizz.
Garnish and serve
The final step where you have to garnish with fresh mint or a lemon slice and serve immediately. Enjoy the chill!
