Dr Mohd Bilal Ahmed, Occupational Therapist, Master of Occupational Therapy (Neurology), Delhi, suggested some exercises that you can try to reduce wrist pain.

WRIST STRETCH

Extend your arms, palms facing down. Gently squeeze your fingertips with your other hand until you feel a stretch. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch hands.

WRIST ROTATION WITH WEIGHT

Hold a light object (or bottle) with your hands outstretched and palms facing down. Rotate your elbows to transfer the weight to your body, then bring it back out. Repeat 15 times on each side.

WRSIT CURLS

Sit or stand with your arms on the table, palms facing up. With a light weight in your hand, bend your fingers up, then slowly lower them down. Repeat 15 times.

WRIST ROTATION

Extend your arms out in front of you, palms facing down. Rotate your wrist in a circle, first clockwise for 15 seconds, then clockwise for 15 seconds.
