Heads up and tongue out
Stick your tongue out, keep your head straight, and elevate your chin to stare up toward the ceiling. Hold for a few seconds. Release and repeat.
Your lower jaw muscles will be stronger throughout this exercise. To engage the muscles, slowly hum while placing your tongue on the roof of your mouth.
This exercise targets the muscles in your neck to tone your jawline. Simply lay down in a comfortable position and press your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
It tones the chin-area muscles. Lie down comfortably, close your mouth, and lift your lower lip by extending your lower jaw.
Collarbone back up
Pull your head back until you feel a stretch on either side of your neck. Hold, stop, relax, and repeat.
ou can also get a chiselled jawline by doing something as simple as reciting vowels. Open your mouth wide, and say "oo", followed by "ee".
