WARM UP

He likes to start his workout by running on the treadmill for 5 minutes. And after this, he does a headstand for a few minutes.

PULL UP

He kicks off his routine with an upper-body workout, specifically his shoulder and arm. When he does 4 sets of 8 reps of pullups, you can burn around 32 calories.

PUSH UP

He likes to work his biceps and triceps by doing traditional pushups. He does 4 sets of 15 reps; doing the same can make you burn 18 to 36 calories.

SEATED ROW

He then likes to work and tone his back muscles with seated rows. He does 4 sets of 10 reps. You can burn 40–100 calories, depending on the weight you use.

BENCH PRESS

Post-back, he works his chest, shoulders, and triceps with bench presses. He does 4 sets of reps, which can easily burn 100–180 calories, depending on the weight.

KETTELBELL DEADLIFT 

It is a move that works the whole body at once. Namjoon does 4 sets of 10 deadlifts and effectively burns 100–400 calories, depending on the weight.

CROSS CABLE REVERSE FLY

This move targets the upper body, like the core and arms. He does 4 sets of 20 reps of the reverse fly. This can burn 150–250 calories according to the weight.
