Ingredients

One kg of pumpkin, one sliced onion, two garlic cloves, three cups of vegetable broth, one cup of water, half a cup of cream, salt and pepper to taste.

Chop pumpkin

Start by chopping pumpkin and cutting it into small pieces. Remove all the seeds and skin.

Cook soup

Take a saucepan and add pumpkin, garlic cloves, onion, vegetable broth, and water. Cook and simmer it on a low flame for 10 minutes.

Blend soup

Take a mixer and add the cooked mixture after cooling it a little bit. Blend it for two minutes until smooth and creamy.

Add flavours

Now add salt, pepper, and cream to the soup. Give it one oil and turn off the flame.

Garnish

Garnish the soup with parsley leaves and cream. Pair it with crunchy toast on the side.
