Ingredients

One tablespoon of honey, one-fourth piece of ginger, one small clove of garlic, and two lemons

Prepare the ingredients

Peel and mince the ginger root to extract its juice. Remove all the skin from the garlic clove.

Brew syrup

Take a pan and add ginger, garlic, and two tablespoons of lemon zest with one cup of water. Let this simmer for five minutes.

Strain the syrup

Turn off the flame and strain the syrup using a sieve. This will remove all the residue.
