Ingredients
One medium sweet potato, one cup of milk, one cup of whole wheat flour, half a teaspoon cinnamon, half a teaspoon vanilla extract, one teaspoon of nuts powder, one-fourth a teaspoon of salt, and one tablespoon of ghee.
Boil sweet potato
Take a medium-sized potato and boil it. Peel the skin of the boiled sweet potato and cut it into smaller pieces.
Mash sweet potato
Take one cup of boiled sweet potato and mash it using a fork. Ensure that there are no lumps.
Combine ingredients
Take a bowl and add mashed sweet potato, wheat flour, milk, nuts powder, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk it to prepare a batter.
Cook pancakes
Take a pan and grease it with butter or ghee. Add spoonfuls of batter to the pan and cook it from both sides until golden brown.
Serve
Once pancakes are cooked nicely, drizzle some honey on top. Serve them with makhana and bananas on the side.
