Ingredients
One cup of condensed milk, half a cup of powdered sugar, four tablespoons of cocoa powder, a pinch of cardamom powder, a pinch of saffron strands, one tablespoon of butter, one cup of chocolate chips, half a cup of Graham cracker crumbs, half a cup of grated coconut, one cup of milk, one cup of khoya, and one teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Combine ingredients
Take powdered sugar, cocoa powder, cardamom powder, condensed milk, and chocolate chips. Mix and combine all this with milk on a low flame.
Add other ingredients
Now, add graham crackers, vanilla essence, and grated coconut to this. And combine it to form a dough.
Shape modaks
Take small pieces of this dough and shape them into modaks with your hands or modak moulds.
Setting modaks
Place the modaks on a plate lined with parchment paper and glaze with butter. Refrigerate these modak for 30 minutes.
