Ingredients
One tablespoon of olive oil, two cups of chopped spinach, one cup of chopped carrots, one-fourth cup of onions, one and a half cups of milk, two cups of vegetable broth, one-fourth tablespoon of black pepper, and salt to taste.
Saute onions
Take a saucepan, add olive oil, and heat it over medium flame. Add onions to it and sauté it until golden brown.
Add carrots
Now, add chopped carrots and vegetable broth to the pan. Let this simmer for 5 minutes on a low flame.
Add spinach
Add spinach and cook it on a medium flame for two minutes. Stir it well to mix properly.
Blend
Take a mixer and the mixture to it. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Add spices
Add the blended puree to a pan and cook for two minutes. Add black pepper for flavour and serve hot.
