Ingredients
1-2 tablespoons of ghee or butter, a pinch of cardamom powder, one small grated apple, half a glass of water, 2-3 tablespoons of roasted suji, half a tablespoon of dry fruit powder, a pinch of cinnamon powder, and a tablespoon of jaggery powder.
Prepare apples
Start by thoroughly washing apples and removing their peels. Chop the apples into smaller pieces.
Saute apples
Heat ghee or butter in a pan and add apple slices to it. Cook it for 2-3 minutes and add water to it. Mash the apples and bring it to a boil.
Roast suji
Take a separate pan and dry roast suji for a few minutes. Add water to this and cook it until there are no lumps.
Combine suji and apple puree
Now, add prepared apple to this and mix it well. Cook it on a medium flame until it starts to thicken.
Add dry fruits
Now, add dry fruit powder, jaggery powder, and cinnamon powder to this. Cook it for another two minutes and serve it warm.
