After two impactful seasons, Poshan returns with its third edition, stronger and more focused than ever. Staying true to our mission of championing nutrition and holistic health, Season 3 takes a deeper dive into how mindful eating and healthy habits fuel lifelong well-being.

This year, we’re turning the spotlight on gut, heart, kidney, and mental wellness, the body’s vital pillars, exploring how nutrition is at the core of their function and longevity. By building a “wellness circuit”, Poshan Season 3 connects the dots between everyday food choices and preventive healthcare.
