Vomiting is very normal with babies and you do not need to panic if the baby vomits 2-3 times a day. Fruit puree can be provided with the help of fruits. After six months, children prefer to eat solid food. By this time, children should be given fruits, vegetables. After six months, the child should boil potatoes, and if desired, light salt can be added to it. The child can also be provided with grind idli, dhokla, chapati in milk etc. At the age of 10 months, your baby is not fully ready to eat everything you can eat. This is because his digestive system is not yet fully mature. However, he can still start eating your food, provided you keep the following meals away:
