Front dumbbell raise is an isolation exercise for shoulder muscles. In this, hold the dumbbells in both the hands using the weight of your shoulders. Your elbows should be straight. Now lift the right hand up in the air holding the dumbbells. Remain in that position for few seconds and then bring your hand down. Repeat the exercise with your left hand. Repeat this exercise for 10 to 15 times. Inhale while lifting the dumbbells and exhale while coming to normal position. This exercise is good for shoulder muscles, back muscles and muscles of your neck. Front raise exercise is beneficial for toning shoulder muscles.
