Bad breath is a common problem. Many people suffer from bad breath at one time or another. The embarrassing condition makes people turn away from you. There can be a plenty of reasons that lead to bad breath. The most common cause of bad breath is poor dental hygiene. Not brushing your teeth or infrequent brushing may lead to dental plaque and gum diseases that cause a bacterial buildup and a bad odour in your mouth.
