Egg vs Paneer: What Is The Better Source Of Protein?

Both paneer and egg are nutritionally rich foods. Both are excellent sources of protein in particular. But one is the favourite of vegetarian people, and the other is for people who like a non-veg and vegan diet. Come, know here that despite being full of both these qualities, which of this food is better, which is better for the body. The protein content is high in:

  • When you compare two protein-rich foods, the first question that comes to your mind is, which food has more protein than paneer and egg?
  • To compare protein between egg and egg, one has to take an equal amount of protein and see its availability. Proteins in eggs are compared per piece (gram), then paneer in grams.
  • Two large-sized eggs weigh about 100 grams and contain about 14 grams of protein. Whereas 100 grams of paneer also have only 14 grams of protein. Thus, both these foods are almost the same in terms of protein content.
