Water is the world’s most innocuous health drink. Water though looks innocuous has many health benefits. 70 percent of our body weight is made up of water. Losing 10-15 percent of water would be fetal and would leave you dehydrated. Water is also very good for smooth and supple skin, proper functioning of heart, respiration and endocrine functions. Water is very essential for heart, working of our muscles and bones. Water can be taken in form of juices and lime sodas.
