No special diet is suggested or recommended in diabetes; one just needs to develop balanced eating habits. The healthier you eat the better you live, so for better living include high value of carbohydrates and proteins to your diet. Being a diabetic does not mean you have make your taste buds reprieve of foods you like; just following a balance diet would do the needful.
