Run an Extra Mile
Pregnancy may be a time for you to rest, but that doesn’t mean you should totally cut yourself from exercising. Some of the best exercise choices for pregnant woman include brisk walking, yoga, pilates, aquanatal classes and swimming.
For a healthy pregnancy, you must take prenatal multivitamin supplements soon after you started planning for pregnancy and continue until you are breastfeeding. Prenatal vitamins include vitamin A, D, E and K that help prevent birth defects. Consider taking omega-3 fatty acid supplements as these help in initiating a healthy development of the baby’s brain.
