Healthy Recipes: Egg on the Edge
Salads can be fun, tasty and extremely nutritious. It also tops the dieter’s charts and is the best way to lose weight! Munch on!
Key Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of mustard powder, 2 eggs hard-boiled, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, black pepper powder & salt as per taste, handful of boiled sprouts, 1 teaspoon of oregano powder, 1 small tomato (diced), mint leaves for garnishing
Toss the ingredients in a bowl. Crumble the eggs in the salad. Garnish it with mint leaves and serve!
