Key Ingredients: 4-5 pint cherry tomatoes (washed and halved), 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 3 large cups of corn kernels, 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons of melted butter
Fry the corns in oil till it softens and looks ready-to-eat. Transfer it in a bowl and add cheese and tomatoes from the top. Mix well and serve.
