Healthy Recipes: Corn Cheese Pudding

 Corn Cheese Pudding Bask in the goodness of cheese and corn tonight. Who said you can’t have the best of both the worlds?


Key Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 2 cups of fresh and juicy corn kernels (blended and pureed), 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of butter (melted), a pinch of salt, 2 cups of low-fat shredded cheese, ¼ cup of flour, pepper as per taste


Pour all the ingredients in the blender and blend well. In the meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 °C. Next, grease the baking dish with butter and pour the batter in it. Sprinkle some cheese shreds on top as well. Bake it for another 30 minutes at 120 °C, till the top layer turns golden brown. Serve!
