This breakfast preparation can be prepared with a bat of an eyelid! All you need is the following:
Key Ingredients: 2 eggs, 4 slices of brown bread (cut into triangles), 1 medium-sized tomato (diced), ½ large onion (diced), 1 tablespoon of low-fat butter/ refined oil, mozzarella cheese
Beat the eggs till it turns frothy and creamy. Pour the rest of the ingredients in it, except for cheese and butter. Dip the triangles in the mix and fry it in refined oil/ low-fat butter. Fry it till it turns light brown in colour. Serve it with a dollop of cheese alongside.
