Healthy Mixed Vegetable Recipe

Key Ingredients: 2 tablespoon fresh peas, 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 2 chopped brinjals, a pinch of mustard seeds, 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 chopped yellow peppers, 2 medium-sized onions (chopped), salt as per taste
Sauté the ginger-garlic paste and mustard seeds in the heated oil for a minute and a half. Next, add the vegetables & salt to it. Tumble the peas over it. Cover the pan and simmer on low flame till they soften down a bit and appear ready-to-eat!
