Healthy Banana Twist Recipe
Perfect winter drink having a healthy combination of the nutritious blends and the abundance of seasonal fruits! Go bananas over this smoothie and experience the orange twist to it!
Key Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of ginger (grounded), 1 large orange (peeled and de-seeded), 1 large ripe banana, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 2 cups of soya milk/ skimmed milk, crushed ice
Simple! Peel the banana. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend well till it becomes smooth. Check for lumps. Serve it chilled in tall glasses with crushed ice on top!
