Supta udarakarshanasana is another yoga form for stress management. To practice this, one needs to lie downon his/her back. Bend legs to place feet on ground and join them. However, thighs need to be separated in the practice. Position your palms behind the head and move the lower body to one side, while stretching upper body towards the opposite side. Experience the stretch in the stomach and back muscles. Hold the position for few seconds before switching on to the other side. Breathing should be normal in this yoga form and not constrained
