Breast Cancer Awareness Month: According to the World Health Organization, breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, affecting 2.1 million women every year, and also causes the largest number of cancer-related deaths among women. In 2018, it was estimated that 627,000 women died of breast cancer -about 15% of all cancer deaths in women.
October is celebrated as the Breast Cancer Awareness Month to empower women with breast cancer awareness.
