Talking about nutrition, white bread is low in fiber and other essential nutrients. In fact, sometimes, flour and chemicals are used to give them the white color. Compared to white bread, brown bread has high fiber but due to tough competition, a lot of brown bread selling in the market is nothing but white bread in brown colour! Yes. Brown bread is healthy only if it is made up of whole wheat flour.
