All of you must be knowing that the human body is very complex. There are 208 bones and where two bones join, it is called a joint. There is a lining or shock-absorber kind of rubber in between the bones which are called cartilage. When it gets damaged, it causes arthritis. Swelling, joint pain, a problem in walking or moving that part of the body, etc. are some problems that people face when they have arthritis. There are more than 108 types of arthritis. Expert suggests that if someone experiences the above-mentioned symptoms including joint pain, swelling and problem while moving that joint, you must get yourself tested for arthritis. Morning stiffness that lasts for more than 30 minutes is a sign of rheumatoid arthritis. If you back pain a lot then there are chances that you may have spondylitis. This can cause a problem in bending forward along with respiratory discomfort. Alcoholism and eating meat in excess can cause high levels of uric acid or gout that can also be controlled with lifestyle modifications and medications. If you experience pain in one or the other part of the body, you may be having vitamin D deficiency.
