Parkinson’s is a disease of the central nervous system in which the patient’s body parts keep vibrating. Parkinson’s begin slowly and intensifies in a few weeks or months. Sometimes these symptoms are added to a specific event - for example, an accident, injury, fever etc. We bring you the story of a braveheart, 72-year-old Indira Kujur. She was suffering from Parkinson’s disease, a progressive nervous system disorder that affected her body movement severely. She gradually became dependent on others, and her family had to accept that there’s no cure until they came in touch with Dr Anirban Deep Banerjee.
