Is there any woman who doesn’t want her face to radiate natural glow? Glowing and smooth skin is a dream to many and while some are blessed to have a naturally glowing skin, some need to work hard to achieve the desired skin. If you consider yourself unlucky in terms of skin, don’t. You can always build the skin that you wish by religiously following a good skincare regime. Besides, there are some yoga exercises that are proven to boost skin health. In this video, Yoga expert Grandmaster Akshar is telling three yoga asanas for glowing skin. Seated Forward Bend or Paschimottanasana

  • Sit up with legs stretched out straight
  • Keep your back or spine erect
  • Inhale and raise both arms towards the ceiling
  • Exhale and bend forward
  • Place your hands on your legs
  • Hold for 5-10 seconds
  • Inhale and lift your head gently
  • Exhale and drop your down again
  • Repeat this 5 times.

The Mountain Pose or Parvatasana

  • Come on your fours with your hand and feet touching the ground.
  • Tuck your toes in and lift your heels
  • Lift your body upwards forming an inverted V
  • Keep your knees straight
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds.
  • Repeat this 5 times.
  • Slowly come out of the position.

Hand to Foot Pose or Padahastasana

  • Stand with your spine erect
  • Join your feet together
  • Inhale and exhale slowly
  • Suck in your stomach as much as possible
  • Slowly bend forward and try to touch your hands on the ground
  • Try placing your nose between your knees
  • Repeat this 5 times
  • Return to the starting position.
