To do the single leg circle, lie back flat on the floor with the knees folded. Ensure you are in neutral spine with the pubic bone and hips perfectly aligned. Slowly raise the right leg as straight as possible. With the raised leg, make circles in the air. While you make circles inhale half and exhale half. Ensure that no other part of the body moves but the raised leg. As you repeat and become stronger with single leg circles, extend the other leg gradually on the floor.
