Food Expert Himanshu Kapoor shows you to prepare roasted cutlet. Generally cutlets are cooked by deep frying, but you can cook them by roasting as well. Their main ingredients are potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper, salt and peanut powder. They are very easy to make. First, take some potatoes, and boil, peel and mash them properly with some coriander leaves. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Mix them well and give the characteristic oblong shape to the mixture. Coat the mixture with powder made from roasted peanuts. To ensure good coating, press the mixture a bit when you coat them. Now put the prepared mixture in a pre-heated oven. Grill them for around 7-10 minutes until they turn brown. Your roasted cutlets are ready to serve now.
