Himanshu Kapoor, food expert, tells how to prepare ragi pancake. To make thispancake, you need ¾ cup of wheat flour, 1/4 cup of ragi flour, 1 cup of milk. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to avoid lumps. Add 1 egg in the batter, stir it well and add one tablespoon of olive oil, ¼ teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of baking powder into it. To make your pancake more nutritious, add two teaspoons of almond powder. Heat a pan and grease it once. Now, pour two tablespoons of batter onto it, cover it and let it cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, change the side of the pancake for it to cook properly. Serve your pancake with cooked broccoli and carrot.
