Egg Frittata is a healthy breakfast recipe that provides you with ample vitamins. For preparation, you need 2 eggs, sliced red/yellow bell pepper and spring onion. Ensure that you incorporate lot of air while beating eggs that make it fluffy besides seasoning it with pinch of salt and pepper while beating. Heat up the pan on a moderate flame, put in tablespoon of olive oil and add onions. Add sliced bell pepper along with salt and cook for a while without covering it. Spread veggies evenly and reduce flame so that veggies don’t burn. Pour beaten eggs on the base and put cheese strips over it. Sprinkle pepper seasoning over it, leave it to cook for 5-7 minutes.
