Purav Sulabh Yoga Asana

Purav sulabh asana can be performed on mat. To begin with lie face down on the mat.  Now lift one leg and give a little push from it so that both your legs get off the ground. You will have to shift body weight to the upper part. Now as you inhale slowly start bending your legs in. Make sure you bend your legs from the torso and then from the knees.  Try to bring the legs as close to the head as you can. Finally place the feet on your head. After you stay in this position for some time, get up and repeat the same steps few more times.
