Core Activation in Pilates for Beginners - Core activation is of crucial important for anybody trying to get used to Pilates. This exercise, therefore, is excellent for anybody trying to activate their core. However, make sure that your legs are in table-top position while doing this routine. Another important aspect to remember is that this exercise will put a lot of pressure on your core making it work hard. Therefore, in the beginning, hold you core activation position for about 15 to 20 seconds.
