Lunge Kicks

The simplest form of exercises like walks, runs, sit ups, pushups and many other are good choices to have a fit body but when you wish to achieve more than just good body you will have to take your simple form of exercises to an advanced level. For e.g. lunges, lunges are included in leg training while when you add kicks in it, it can work on your glutes, abs, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors and calves. Based on your flexibility, you can stretch your kick out further. This is a complete exercise for your leg day and you won’t need any exercising equipments.

This video here shows you the right way of practicing lunge kicks. You start with your regular lunges but when you get back up, you launch your leg into a front kick while you touch your raised toe with other hand. Watch the video to know better.
