You must have heard people saying that they are gluten intolerant. What is gluten? Gluten is everything that has wheat proteins in it? Like flour, breads, suji, and almost every bakery product. Now, what does “gluten intolerant” mean? Basically gluten intolerance is a wheat related disorder, where people having wheat can suffer signs and symptoms like Bloating, belly pain, diarrhea, feeling unwell, including tiredness. There are fewer chances that any symptoms will cause in any part of body other than gut area. Now, what all should be avoided to prevent gluten intolerance? We can shift to different cereals like ragi, bajra, kuttu, jwar and enjoy our food in a healthy way.
