Losing someone is the worst thing that could happen to anyone. You think you have all the time in the world but then all of sudden; you are left with no time and no one. Yes, losing someone is the biggest loss someone could be bear. It feels bad; you could not even believe that they are not there anymore. Your brain right away refuses to accept the fact that they have left, that they won’t come back now and you will not be able to see them again. When somehow you manage to accept the fact that they have left and are not coming back again ever, you start experiencing extreme longing for their presence.


Yes, you crave them. Your heart aches just to see them; you crave to hold them although you know you cannot. You know that you cannot have them now but still you cry out loud for them, you want them back, you want to hold their hand, you pray if you could just for once hold them closer. Living with such feeling is actually the worst feeling in the world. There are times when people going through such grief need psychiatric help. Yes, many a time moving on from the loss of a loved one is not easy and people seek help, which is not bad in any way as long as it effective to help you move on.


How can you recover the loss of a loved one?


It is very important that you go through all the pain and grief. It is important that you let it all out rather than keeping it bottled up. You must never fear your emotions. You can make use of a confidant with whom you can share your emotions and feelings, a shoulder that you can cry on. You must find meaning of life, be more receptive of positive energy rather than crying and sulking.
