Diet plan in irritable bowel syndrome

The sort of lifestyle that we are leading nowadays, is in a way is deteriorating our overall health. We do not have any sorted or settled sleeping schedule; we do not have a healthy diet, we do not work-out or exercise and so on. In such conditions, lifestyle diseases are only normal to occur. As we have already mentioned, our misbalanced lifestyle has a part where we do not take care of our diet and as a result gut or stomach or intestinal diseases occur. One of the intestinal diseases is IBS, also known as irritable bowel syndrome, where the sufferer has pain in gut, diarrhea, constipation, cramps, bloating in abdominal region and gas.


Now, the biggest cause of IBS or irritable bowel syndrome is food that cause allergy, spices, foods that are high on fats, some specific fruits, vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, milk and carbonated drinks and alcohol itself is a biggest cause. The foods that cause a lot of gas are the prime cause of irritable bowel syndrome, such as legumes, beans, some specific range of pulses, some dairy products like milk, paneer, etc. Now, if people just try and take care of their diet, they might prevent and cure irritable bowel syndrome. The people who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome must take care of their diet. On the contrary, people must make a proper diet plan and should keep a diary of diet to keep a track of their diet. The diary must contain the track of food consumption on regularly basis. Usually the doctors and dietician advice the patients to avoid food that causes gas and again suggest increasing the intake of food high on fiber.
