Diet and exercise should go hand in hand to achieve the target of having a flat tummy. It’s very important to have healthy diet and adequate breakfast. One should eat breakfast one hour after getting up in the morning. Small meals at regular intervals should be taken and the diet should be low in calories and should be nutrients dense.
