Often children get irritated with vegetables whereas we know how beneficial green vegetables are for children. Children should eat at least one to three cups of colourful vegetables daily depending on age and physical activity. If your child is also reluctant to eat green vegetables, with the help of some tips, you can include them in his diet.
- Add to a favourite dish: If your child likes noodles or any other dish, then use more green vegetables in it. This will reduce the damage from noodles, and your child will get the necessary nutrition. You can also use green vegetables in pizza and burgers.
- The habit of avoiding food: In terms of food, you should develop good habits for your child. Teach him that whatever is made in the diet is to be eaten. On the other hand, if the child refuses to eat green vegetables, then it is your responsibility that you should use green vegetables in food with such an interest that it cannot ignore.
