Bicep Exercises- Barbell Curl

Barbell curl workout is an exercise to build your Biceps. To begin with take a bar of 20kgs and rest your arms on a stand that allows movement to forearms however, make sure that the rest of the other body parts remain motionless when you perform it. Inhale while you move the bar down and exhale on upward movement. The exercise is very effective if the repetitions cycles are done three times down and two times up. Ten repetitions of the barbell curl will help you build biceps. Make sure you practise it daily for better results.
