Ayurvedic Recipe - Thai Curry

Food Expert Himanshu Kapoor shows you to prepare Thai curry. Cut broccoli, baby corns and french beans into small pieces and steam them. Put some lemon grass leaves in boiling water and strain the liquid. Make a green paste with red chillies, basil leaves, coriander leaves and fresh mint. Heat a pan, add the chopped capsicum, ginger and sauté till the colour changes. Add the green paste, glass of coconut milk and lemon grass water into it and leave it to simmer for few minutes. After a boil, add the tofu pieces into it.  Cover it to boil once more for 3-4 minutes. Add the steamed vegetables to the mixture. Add few drops of lemon as seasoning and salt to taste. Your Thai curry is ready now.
