A Missed Period

One of the most common pregnancy symptoms is a missed period. Among all the symptoms of pregnancy, missing on period is the most observed and easiest one. A missed period is the surest sign of pregnancy in women of childbearing age.
Morning Sickness

Morning sickness generally hits after a few weeks of conception, however, some women can escape it altogether. In the initial days, just after conception a woman might feel nauseated. Morning sickness can happen at any time, day or night, once a day or even multiple times a day.
Food Cravings and Aversions

Along with morning sickness comes food cravings and aversions. Although it’s a cliché, food cravings can sometimes, be a good sign to look out for. If you have successfully conceived, you may notice that certain smells turn the stomach into knots.
Frequent Urination

After a few weeks of conception the embryo implants and starts producing the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin. At this time, you may find yourself frequenting visits to the bathroom.
Headaches and Backaches

If you are experiencing headaches and backaches the severity of which may range from dull to chronic or mild to moderate, there is a possibility that you are pregnant
Enlarging Belly

Early pregnancy is not when most pregnant women begin to show baby bump, however, some women report an enlarged belly as a pregnancy symptom. This is typically from bloating, however, sooner or later it could be a symptom of pregnancy
Fatigue

Not being able to keep your eyes open at night or needing a nap is a pregnancy symptom. Fatigue sets in early for some women. This may happen as early as 1 week after ovulation and it’s usually as result of an increase hormone called progesterone that results in feeling exhausted.
Increased sensitivity to odours

If you're newly pregnant, it's not uncommon to feel repelled by some smells. It is also common for certain aromas to trigger your gag reflex. This may be a side effect of rapidly increasing amounts of estrogen in your system. You may also find that certain foods you used to enjoy are suddenly completely repulsive to you.
Implantation bleeding

Some women have a small amount of bleeding around 11 or 12 days after conception (close to the time you might notice a missed period). The bleeding may be caused by the fertilized egg burrowing into the blood-rich lining of your uterus.
Positive home pregnancy test

If you are hoping for the good news, a positive home pregnancy test is the surest symptom of being pregnant.
