Most of us aren’t blessed with magic hair and getting our strands to look incredible takes huge time and effort. There are certain mornings when you really want to snooze and not style those tresses. Fortunately, there are certain tricks that you can do pre-sleeping so that you jump out of bed feeling refreshed, well rested, and with gorgeous hair. Let Your Hair Up

Of course you should totally let your hair down in life but not while you sleep. Letting your hair loose while you doze off makes your hair all the more tangled and frizzy, sure you have been tossing and turning all night. Oil It

Remember you granny coaxing you into religious oiling while you were little and you broke the habit in your teens? Well, she did it for a reason. Coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil or Argan oil- whatever you choose, you must slather your hair with any one of these (or a mixture of all) for much stronger, lustrous, fast-growing hair. Finger Brush the Oil

Not just dabbing your hair with oil is sufficient, you must finger-brush it through as best as you can. You must cat every strand of hair in oil, including the scalp to keep it saturated. Then, just throw your hair in a top knot and go to bed. However, avoid using heavy oils. Image Courtesy: Getty

Nourish Your Hair

If conditioned properly, your locks can look lush even after you take a topsy-turvy sleep at night. Use a fortifying mask or leave-in to nourish your mane and repair it from damage. Fight the Frizz

Apply a good smoothing, shine serum from mid-length of your hair till the ends at night and wear a silk scarf over them for waking up with frizz-free hair. You may also want to sleep on a silk pillow so that there is no friction from it that makes your mane rough and frizzy. Image Courtesy: Getty
Protecting the Curls
