Honey: A Boon or a Curse?

Stomach Problems

Sugar versus Honey

Just like sugar, honey also contains 4 calories per gram and you consume 64 calories each time you spread one spoonful of honey on your bread slice. Allergy

Diarrhea

Harmful for Infants

Infants aged less than 1 year should not be fed with honey as its consumption may lead to development of botulism in the child. Any infant aged below 6 months is highly vulnerable to diseases.
