Whenever we go out to eat, the menu has at least one dish that is utterly indulgent and is authentically filled with guilty pleasure. But amongst all those fat-soaked choices of the newer major restaurant and fast-food chains, there can be some really smart food options that will let you shed pounds and walk away feeling better about your meal and your weight.
