Nothing works better than a milk cleanser to provide a dewy, flawless skin that all of us crave for. Pour some milk into a pan and heat to boiling point before emptying the pan into a heated bowl. The cleaning and bleaching properties of lemons are no secret but did you know they are as good for your nails too? Cut a lime in half and rub the fruit over your nails. Then dangle your talons into a small bowl of water and dissolve some bicarbonate soda into the mixture. After five minutes remove your nails and dry. You love cranberry-tinted lip gloss so why not make one yourself. Add one tablespoon of almond oil into a bowl, along with a handful of cranberries and some clear honey. Then add a drop of vitamin E oil, which protects you from free radicals like sunlight and cigarette smoke. Put the bowl with the lip gloss mix into a microwave and blast for five minutes. If you find your skin sagging and complexion uneven, you may want to take you skin care regime back to basics. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze its juice into a bowl, adding one egg white. In a bowl, mash four papayas with a fork; blend in 2 tbsp yogurt and set aside. Dissolve ½ cup of Epsom salts in a large pot of water, and then drop in a peppermint tea bag. Bring this water to a boil; remove from heat. Sit with face over pot for 3 minutes, head covered with a towel (like a tent) to seal in steam. Spread papaya mask over face. Leave on 10 minutes; rinse. Lie under a blanket with lights off and place the water bottle at your feet and the cucumber slices on your face. In a bowl, puree or mash 4 strawberries which help exfoliate your skin with contained salicylic acid, then add ½ a cup of sugar, 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Mix until well blended.
