Getting Nervous

Whenever we are nervous we start doing something strange that easily develops into a habit. Such nervous habits are usually annoying to people around us however they can be harmful for our health. Biting Nails

One of the most common nervous habits is to bite the nails whenever nervous. While it may seem a normal act of it is a transfer of germs from the mouth to the nails and vice versa. Touching the Face

Sucking on Hard Candies

Grinding Teeth

Twirling the Hair

Cracking the Neck
